Are the cameras fully tested?

Yes. Every camera is carefully tested for power, lens, flash, zoom, screen, buttons, and memory card compatibility before being listed.
If anything doesn’t work as described, you’re covered by our 30-day return policy.

What comes in the box?

Each listing clearly shows what’s included, but most cameras come with:

Battery
Charger or charging cable
Strap

Some models may include extras like cases or memory cards — this will always be mentioned in the listing.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days for the USA & UK.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime from the Track Your Order page.

What if I change my mind?

No problem. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your camera.
Just email us at contact@picyso.shop with your order number, and we’ll send you the return steps.

My camera arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re really sorry about that. Please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging.
We’ll either:

Replace the camera (if a similar one is available), or
Issue a full refund once the return is processed.

Can I reserve a specific camera?

Since most cameras are one-of-a-kind, we can’t hold items for long without an order.
